Can't let go of Mongmadungi once you catch it early

The dark-type Pal Mongmadungi (몽마둥이) performs well early on against the many Normal-type enemies around, and the poster says they grew attached even after better dark-type Pals became available later. They ended up using a mod to "shrink-stack" it (숏스택화, a mod that miniaturizes a Pal so it can tag along) so it could keep traveling with them.

Mod) Fire skill buff WIP - Fireball, Flame Wall, Inferno reworked

This work-in-progress mod reworks several common Fire-element skills that had become nearly useless, aiming to stop Fire Pals without good exclusive moves from being dead weight. Fireball becomes a beam-type skill matching Thunder Rail's hitbox and performance, now strong against both small and large enemies; Flame Wall revives an unused fire version of the Sand Twister effect buffed to Apocalypse-level DPS; and Inferno gets a longer, bigger hitbox with improved accuracy for use against mid-to-large enemies.

Player asks what sub pal to pair with a main Neptious build

The poster's main combat pal is Neptious and they're asking the community what to use as a sub pal. They weigh candidates like the ice-type legendary Frostallion, Jetragon, and an owl-type pal, then note the owl pick may be unnecessary since a flying pal doesn't need to be carried around. For gear, they say they're running a water-attribute setup with an Isis ring, a Neptious talisman, an item they refer to only as "Sea King" (name not fully recalled), and a ring that boosts attack power.

Riding Frostallion made other flying mounts feel obsolete

The poster didn't want to grind out the long-to-raise "Jeoktojo" (a nicknamed Pal), so they rode a Xenogriff with some low-tier Swiftness-type passives instead and found it pretty comfortable. But after trying a Frostallion the difference was night and day, so they immediately benched the Xenogriff — now wondering just how fast "Raybeon" and Jetragon must be.
