Regrets selling an Attack Pendant, hoping for a better one that never came

While clearing a full run of the Cheollak dungeon, the poster saw other low-probability drops but never encountered any pendant-type accessories at all. They're frustrated that the Attack Pendant is this rare and hard to obtain, yet there's no higher-tier accessory above it. They sold theirs expecting something better to drop eventually, and now wonder (an unconfirmed guess of theirs) whether this pendant is actually the best-in-slot item after all.
