Dismantling World Tree catches doesn't always drop a relic
A user reported that catching and dismantling pals at the World Tree doesn't automatically give a relic. Drop rates seem level-based to them — dismantling a caught, level-80 Sakurajima, Ririn, or Runarin gives a relic, but doing the same with a bred Alpha leveled to 80 didn't, and they couldn't pin down the exact condition.
