Post-update serialization error fixed by deleting the mod settings file
After an update, the poster's game wouldn't launch at all due to a mod-caused serialization error, and removing mods one by one didn't help. They found that deleting Mods/PalModSettings.ini in the install folder lets the game start again, after which re-enabling UE4SS and other mods one at a time (restarting each time) reveals which mod causes the error, so only that one needs to be removed from the list.
